The DarkShadow #7: Breaking News

     A man is walking through the streets of New York and stops and a newspaper vender. There he takes out a newspaper and open it up and sees one of the Newsletter by David Thompson.

Gang violence rampaging through New York. Whites Shark Gang Members attacking stores, restaurants, clubs and citizens. 30 injured, 10 dead, 11 kidnapped survivors and witnesses stated that they demanded information, about the whereabouts of the DarkShadow. Also White Shark members have attacked Hellfire Gang turf, retaliation has been brought from the Hellfire Gang, possible Gang War rising. Police have done minimum to contain the ongoing violence, as well no comments. 

     Meanwhile Red Bishop is meeting with Ifrit with Blaze Samurai next to him, to discuss the continue problems they've had. Ifrit turned and faced Red Bishop

Red Bishop:

Sir!

 

Ifrit:

Well, how are things?

 

Red Bishop:

I'm afraid we are still under continuous attacks from the White Shark Gang, as well as the DarkShadow.

 

Ifrit:

White Shark was not please that we lost half his supplies of drugs, he is demanding retribution of our failure. What of Salamander?

 

Red Bishop:

Yes... everything will proceed as plan.

 

Red Bishop:

Good. Set up a meeting with White Shark for later that night when we have Salamander, I will personally see to the negotiations with him. I want you two to bring Salamander there. Also how are things going for the upcoming elections for the Chief of Police.

 

Red Bishop:

One of the Candidates is already about to meet with their incident.

 

     Meanwhile at a restaurant a waiter id bringing a tray of food to a table where a man is sitting. The waiter sets the tray on the table and lift up and upper pan, revealing a stake with sauce.

 

Waiter:

Here you are, Captain Carter. Complement~.

 

     As the Captain was eating he started to cough, he drank some water but the coughing continued. He then started to breath fast and uncontrollably.

 

Waiter:

From the Hellfire Gang.

 

     The waiter said to the Captain, he then revealed the Hellfire symbol tattooed on his arm. The captain then stood up, still having trouble breathing and just move around. He then collapse on another table breaking his and laid there dead. As people started gathering around the Captain and a few panic when they learned he was dead, the waiter took his leave.

     The waiter stepped out a door from the back of the restaurant and headed to the alley, where he was then jumped by four White Shark gang members. They then started beating the waiter and pinned him to a wall.

 

White Shark Member #1:

White Shark is very upset over the money he lost, cause of you guys's blunder, so now we gonna make all that up through you guys. And he wants to know where that DarkShadow is, so he can break him and chew on his bones. So why don't you make it easy and tell us what you know.

 

Waiter:

You fools, he's been causing trouble for us too remember. White Shark is making a big mistake turning on us. Also how the hell should I know anything about the DarkShadow.

 

     The White Shark member then took out a gun and shot the waiter in the leg. As the collapse and screamed from the being shot, the White Shark member shot him again in the shoulder.

 

White Shark Member #1:

Huh, you know I try to make it easy for you, just tell us what you know. White Shark is through with your gang, he wants to absorb everything that the Hellfire Gang has and control all of the crime and businesses in New York, but now thanks to you guys bringing this dark nut job down on all of us, White Shark is just losing all sense of reason, because of all the mess. 

     He said and just when he was about to kill the waiter a chain came down from the sky and wrapped around his neck and dragged him up. As the White Shark member struggled, as he was daggling in the air, he let out a few rounds, as the others dodge the oncoming bullets, DarkShadow came down. He attacked one of the White Shark members and snapped his neck, he then saw another pulled out his gun and aimed towards him. DarkShadow dodged the bullets as he made his way towards him, grabbed him by the arm and made him shoot the remaining White Shark member. He was then disarmed from his gun, so he took out a switch knife and attempted to stab DarkShadow, but he took his knife and stabbed the White Shark member multiple times in the chest, then slit his throat. DarkShadow then started walking towards the waiter who was leaning on the ground to a wall. As he continued moving towards him, the White Shark member that was daggling from the chain, could barely breath and see, took his gun and aim at the DarkShadow. As he was about to fire, DarkShadow took the knife he had, threw it at him and it stabbed the White Shark member in the eye killing him. DarkShadow then stood in front of the waiter and looked down on him as he bleed.

 

DarkShadow:

You made quite the scene in that restaurant, you killed the police captain... why.

 

Waiter:

Like hell I tell you!

 

     DarkShadow then broke his left leg as he attempted to stand up. Then he grabbed the waiter by the neck, pinned him to wall and started squeezing down on his neck.

 

DarkShadow:

For past months I've been giving you minions a chance to continues living, in exchange for what you know. And all I've been given is "I ain't telling you shit" and I've had it. So don't talk, none of you have to talk, cause I'm gonna exterminate every last one of you, that should bring out Ifrit.

 

Waiter:

Wa-w-wai-wa-wait, wait.

 

     DarkShadow then relieve pressure from the waiters neck.

 

Waiter:

I was ordered, all of the captains that are running for Police Chief are being targeted.

 

DarkShadow:

Why?

 

Waiter:

I don't know, It's a way to put the police more under our control.

 

DarkShadow:

Who's the next to be targeted?

 

Waiter:

Captain Connors.

 

DarkShadow:

Good, thanks.

 

     DarkShadow said to him as he released him. As the Waiter struggles to gets up, DarkShadow hand chops him towards the waiter breaking his neck. He then proceeded to leave.

     The next morning at the TV News studios, Max and Stacy are sitting at the desk table facing into the cameras.

 

Max:

Tragedy fallen on New York last night, Police Captain Lewis was killed, poisoned while eating at a restaurant.

 

Stacy:

The perpetrator was believe to be a waiter who was serving Captain Lewis and was present around him as he was dying. The waiter was later found dead behind the restaurant, along with members of the White Shark members, who were also dead.

 

Max:

Captain Lewis was one of the three police captain on the roster for the next Police Chief along with Captain Connors and Captain Trevor. The Waiter hand the Hellfire brand tattoo, so we are left to wonder, with the elections in a matter of weeks, is the Hellfire gang attacking the representatives to cripple our police force.

 

     Meanwhile at the police station, Salamander is waiting in a interrogation room trying to slip his hands on from the cuffs, when Alan and Michael walked in and sat across Salamander.

 

Alan:

Don't bother, those cuffs were made to deal with NewBeings like you. You thought you were the first one of your kind to be arrested.

 

     Salamander remained silent as Alan and Michael looked over a file.

 

Alan:

Quite the record you have, crime with and before the Hellfire Gang. Possession and dealings of guns, drugs, human trafficking, kidnaping and murder.  

 

Salamander:



You forgot jaywalking and littering.

 

     Alan and Michael just laughed at his comment then were silent.

 

Alan:

Look, your already going to do long hard time in Attica Correctional Facility, but if cooperate and be friends with us, we can see to it that your sentence can be reduce and live comfortably in Attica. Well!

 

Salamander:

Ha, please you honestly think I'll talk. Already that Hellfire Gang are planning to retrieve me and anyone who get in their way... well you better enjoy your last few moment with your wives for friends.

 

     They both were silent after Salamander threat. Alan rubbed his eyes, Salamander just leaned back against his chair, while Michael stared at him then leaned forward on the table.

 

Michael:

Your right, the Hellfire Gang probably will come for you... but you think they're gonna save you. Your the one who talked about Ifrit right.

 

Alan:

Ifrit?

 

     Alan said confused of the name, while Salamander looked at Michael, eyes widened, jaw drop and shivering a bit, over him knowing that name.

 

Michael:

So yeah... the Hellfire Gang probably will come after you, but will they come to rescue, or come to terminate you. After talking about Ifrit, your leader right. We've arrested many members of your gang before and none of them talked about their leader, saying they never knew anything about him. it could be true or they feared him more than anything else. But you have talked you think he's gonna like that. So, they only way you keep on living is in Attica, and we'll provide safe passage, but only if you help us in what you know.

 

     Salamander was silent for a few seconds, thinking over his situation and what are the best possibilities.

 

Salamander:

.... Fine what do you want?

 

Michael:

Everything, your operations, your accomplices, and Ifrit, who he is and what are his intentions.

 

Salamander:

That last part I can't give you much, we were only allowed to know his name and meet with him at times, everything else I don't know, I do know he needs a bunch of science stuff and whatever for this thing he's working on, something that would turn New York into his domain.

 

     Michael and Alan continued listening to Salamander as he talked of what he knew about the Hellfire Gang and what little he knew of Ifrit.

 

     Later on Michael and Alan went to meet Captain Trevor in his office. They sat next to his desk facing him.

 

Michael:

And that's what he said, I believe the Hellfire Gang are planning some type of biological attack on New York. We have many of heir hideouts and locations of operations, we can take them down.

 

Alan:

I agree, we should organize a strike force immediately

 

     Captain Trevor was silent towards Michael and Alan think over there plans of action.

 

Captain Trevor:

No... until we have confirmation of this, we should make any moves yet, for now we must prepare to move Salamander tomorrow morning. Alan get a squad and escorts prepared, we leave at 7am.

 

Alan:

Yes, I will be assisting in the transferring of Salamander to Attica.

 

      Michael and Alan were shock after hearing Captain Trevor's intention.

 

Alan:

Sir I don't believe that's the best choice, after what happen to Captain Lewis, it's best you remain where it's safe.

 

Captain Trevor:

No... that's exactly why I need to take part in this. After the incident went public there has been great panic among the people. We have to show them that the police force is strong and that we will not waver. I will show the people and the Hellfire Gang that I will not hide, that I will fight, for New York and it's citizens. Now go get everything prepared for tomorrow.

 

     Alan then stood up and left, Michael then stood up and was about to leave, but then look and faced Captain Trevor again.

 

Michael:

Sir you got the Name of the Dark Demon from Salamander right, but he never told you about what he told us, just about the DarkShadow.

 

Captain Trevor:

Yes, at that time I didn't have the type of leverage you had on him.

 

Michael:

But he still told you about the DarkShadow.

 

Captain Trevor:

Of course, the DarkShadow is no ally of theirs, Salamander gave us his name with the intention of the police bringing him down. Unfortunately, were going to have to play along, the DarkShadow is far too dangerous to roam around New York, he brings destruction and death as he intervener's in matters that the police should handle, not some maniac serial killer.

 

     Michael nodded his head in agreement then proceeded to leave Captain Trevor's office.

 

Meanwhile in a room Ifrit is looking into a microscope, still working on his project.

 

Ifrit:

Good, I am so close now. What is it?

 

     Ifrit said, lifting his head and turned around to face Red Bishop.

 

Red Bishop:

Sir, I'm afraid that our operation's are compromise, locations, dealers, all of it.

 

Ifrit:

Salamander.

 

Red Bishop:

Yes.

 

Ifrit:

No matter, my experiment is nearly completed, so there is no need to act like thugs, squeezing New York for all it's worth, soon this city will be mine, as for Salamander it matter not what he tells anyone. His fate was sealed when he first said my name. Is everything ready for tomorrow.

 

Red Bishop:

Yes, Police are preparing for Salamanders transfer and Captain Trevor will be taking part in it. But the member we set to kill Captain Lewis, as also killed that night along with bodies of White Shark members, we assume it was the DarkShadow.

 

Ifrit:

It was him.

 

Red Bishop:

Then he probably knows of our plans to kill Captain Connors next, we may have to postpone that operation till we deal with him for good.

 

Ifrit:

No, we just need to change the plan. I will have Blaze Samurai assassinate Captain Connors, you focus on bringing Salamander to me, and have you set up the meeting for White Shark.

 

Red Bishop:

Yes, he wants to meet at the aquarium during closing time.

 

Ifrit:

Perfect.

 

     The next morning, at the police station, Alan and Captain Trevor as well as six other officers are preparing to escort Salamander to the Attica Correctional Facility. As they are just about ready to leave two other officers walk in with Michael and Salamander cuffed and chained.

 

Captain Trevor:

Alright load him up in the in the Van.

 

     As the Officers load Salamander in the transport van. Michael went to Alan.

 

Michael:

Good luck.

 

Alan:

Once he's behind bars, it will only be a matter of time till the rest of his crew joins him and also that DarkShadow.

 

Michael:

Yeah, I've been thinking, it was the DarkShadow who brought down Salamander and going after the Hellfire Gang. He's made more of a dent on them then we have for years.

 

Alan:

What are you saying.

 

Michael:

Well, I'm thinking that maybe we should try working with him?

 

Alan:

Are you nuts he's a murderer.

 

Michael:

I know, I'm not saying I condone his methods but maybe if we come to some cooperation with him.

 

Captain Trevor Voice:

No.

 

     Michael and Alan looked and saw Captain Trevor standing next to him.

 

Captain Trevor:

I understand what your saying, but cooperation with the DarkShadow is too dangerous we could greatly lose public opinion and if we work with someone who takes the law into his own hands, it could destroy the system. So once take Salamander to Attica, I want us to work on taking down DarkShadow next, as dangerous as the Hellfire Gang is, the DarkShadow has become more of a threat.

 

     Michael was silent. He then watched Alan and Captain Trevor load up in the van, Alan on the driver seat, Trevor on the passenger seat. Then saw them ride off to the road with two police cars as escorts.

 

     As Captain Trevor, Alan and the other officers drove through New York, heading towards Attica all see quiet and easy. Soon later Captain Trevor grabbed the radio. 

 

Captain Trevor:

Car 1, Car 2, how are things looking from up to back.

 

Car 1:

Were all good up ahead.

 

Car 2:

Nothing from behind were all clear.

 

Captain Trevor:

Alright, keep a sharp eye out, report back with an update in 15min.

 

      Captain Trevor then put the radio away. For the moment Captain Trevor and Alan kept silent as they continued driving.

 

Captain Alan:

So, Alan how's everything going with Christine?

 

Alan:

HA, her craving are bleeding me dry. One minute she wants cake, the next minute pie, and the next a 4 cheese pizza with pepperoni, olives, and pineapple. Oh and last night she asked for a Neapolitan ice cream with chocolate syrup and peanut butter.

 

Captain Trevor:

Peanut Butter!?

 

Alan:

Yup, and if I don't or bring soon, she starts to cry, man pleasing a pregnant women, really empties the wallet but in the end it'll be worth it.

 

Captain Trevor:

Can't believe in less the  month, you'll be a father. You sure have come along over the years.

 

     Alan then looked over to Captain Trevor.

 

Alan:

We've come along. I mean look at us, ever since we were kids we both wanted to join the police, become cops. Now your a Captain, close to becoming the next Chief of Police.

 

Captain Trevor:

And you've become a detective and have put a lot of criminals behind bars. Sometimes I think you should be the one running for Chief.

 

Alan:

Nah man, your the one with the idea's, the one with the plan, and the one with a goal and you really want to protect the people.

 

Captain Trevor:

I guess through my experience, I gave myself a great reason to achieve this.

 

     He said, very serious and with a cold-determined look. Alan saw his look and became a bit worried.

 

Alan:

Hey, you okay?

 

Captain Trevor:

I'm fine.

 

Alan:

You did all you could that day, but even if were cops, we can't save everyone.

 

Captain Trevor:

I know, but I was taught a very important lesson when it happen. That I need to become stronger and work hard to clean up this city from the diseases that poison it. 

 

     Alan was just silent from Captain Trevor's words and continued on driving. After making another turn and then stopping at a red light, they receive a transmission from one of the other cars.

 

Car 1:

This is Car 1, everything looks all good up ahead.

 

     One of the officers of car was reported as he and his partner were scoping the area, watching civilians walking pass their car. Just as the last of the civilians were clear from the crosswalk and the street light turn green, but just as they were about to continue moving, a man wearing a long trench coat was walking through the crosswalk then stopped right next the Police Car 1. The officers in the car honked their horn at the man, then the driver rolled his window and popped his head out.

 

Car 1-Officer 1:

Excuse sir. Your gonna have to move. Sir I need you to move now. Sir I am telling you again.

 

     As the Officer kept speaking to the man, the other officer began to have this suspicion. Then the man open his coat and took out a Ceska Zbrojovka Scorpion EV03. Before the Officers could react, the man started firing at the Police Car 1, killing the two Officers. Alan and Captain Trevor saw what happed, and quickly got on the Radio to warn the other car.

 

Captain Trevor:

Car 1 is hit. I repeat Car 1 is hit, take invasive action! Get out of here!

 

     Just before Car 2 could start moving out, another man on a roof-top with a RPG Launcher, fired at Car 2, causing it to explode and killing the other two officer.

 

Alan:

Holy Shit!!

 

Captain Trevor:

GET US OUT OF HERE!

 

     Captain Trevor told Alan, he then pressed hard on the petal and drove right through Car 1 moving it out of the way and causing the man move and started driving through the road, but the man on the sidewalk started shooting the van but with little damage. As they drive to get away two men riding motorcycle came up to the van and started firing at the van with Ceska Zbrojovka Scorpion EV03. Then one of the motorcycles went behind the van in a attempt to shoot out the tires, but Alan stomp on the brakes making the van collide with the motorcycle killing the man. With one motorcycle down, Alan pushed the petal and drive. The last motorcycle then drive up the road till it was at a good distance in front of the van. The man stopped and got off his motorcycle. The man then grabbed a grenade launcher and started firing at the van, he missed a few times but the van gained damage from being close to the explosions. Captain Trevor then popped out of the window and pointed his gun at the man, aim and fired and the bullet hit right at the man's head, but not before he fired one last grenade. The grenade exploded right near the van, causing it to lose control, crashing into other cars and gaining more damage.

 

Alan:

SHIT!

 

Captain Trevor:

Get us to the nearest parking garage, I'm gonna call in for back up. Will hold there till they arrive.

 

Alan:

Yes sir.

 

     They soon got to a parking garage. Alan and Captain Trevor then got out of the van and went to the back to check on Salamander. Once they opened the doors they saw Salamander and two S.W.A.T. officers.

 

Salamander:

Jesus, what the fuck is going on!

 

Captain Trevor:

Looks like you friends have come for you, but since they fired at us with little thought of your safety,  so this might not be good for you either.

     He said to Salamander as he drags him out of the van. As the two remaining officers came out of the van, Captain Trevor handed Salamander to Alan.

Captain Trevor:



Were heading to the roof, a chopper is heading our way. We'll take it to get to Attica.

     As Captain Trevor told the others, there was a gun shot and one of the Swat officer was killed. They looked and saw 7 men dressed in black tactical uniforms with black mask. They started firing at them, Captain Trevor, Alan and the Swat officer fired back while taking cover behind cars with Salamander. As a shoot out began Captain Trevor and Alan took out 2 of the men.

Alan:

WHERE"S THAT BACK UP!

 

Captain Trevor:

THEY'LL BE HERE IN A FEW MINUTES, but we need to get to the roof.

 

Alan:

Alright, take Salamander and go, we'' cover you.

 

Captain Trevor:

No we go together.

 

Alan:

Listen, this city need you to stay alive, you got it Chief, you need to clean up this city. NOW GO!

 

     Captain Trevor then took Salamander and head to the door, while Alan and the Swat officer laid down cover fire. Once Captain Trevor and Salamander were through the door, they then made they're way to the roof. As Alan and the Swat officer continued fighting, they manage to take out 3 more men leaving two left, but the Swat officer was soon killed, by one of the men. Alan took cover to gather his surroundings. As the last two men made they're way to Alan, they were about to jump him, but Alan shot one of the men in the foot causing him to lose balance and distract the other long enough for Alan to shoot them both. Once they were dead Alan then made his way to the roof to meet up with Captain Trevor.

 

     On the roof Captain Trevor was waiting for the chopper with Salamander.

 

Salamander:

God Dammit! Do you know what your even doing?!

 

Captain Trevor then hit Salamander on the head with his gun.

 

Captain Trevor:

Shut up!

 

     Soon later Captain Trevor heard the door opening and pointed his gun, but then lowered it when he saw Alan coming through.

 

Captain Trevor:

Jesus Alan, your alive. Thank God.

 

Alan:

Yeah me too. The chopper almost hear.

 

Captain Trevor:

Should be insight soon.

 

     They soon heard a noise then looked and saw the helicopter in the air heading they're way.

 

Alan:

Were gonna make it.

 

     Alan and Captain Trevor both looked pleased as they survived and were going to accomplish they're objective, but soon they heard another sound and saw rocket heading towards the chopper and destroying it. Captain Trevor and Trevor were devastated as they're only means to escape was destroyed. They then heard sounds coming from behind the door, Alan pointed his gun, with Captain Trevor behind him, holding Salamander by the neck. Soon more men burst through the door gun pointed right at them, they were in a stalemate.

 

Alan:

Don't move or we will shoot your boy here.

 

     The men stood still with their guns still pointed at Alan and Captain Trevor. Then another man came through the door, it was Ifrit. Captain Trevor and Alan couldn't believe who was in front of them.

 

Salamander:

Boss, your here. Thank God.

 

     Captain Trevor hit Salamander in the side with his gun.

 

Captain Trevor:

Will you shut up!

 

Ifrit:

Yes, please shut up. Your embarrassing yourself and me. Now gentlemen... I'm a fair man, just give me my idiot and I'll let you live.

 

Alan:

This man is going to face punishment for his crimes, as will you all. Your under arrest.

 

Ifrit:

Ha ha ha ha ha. That's funny, your a funny guy, I wasn't talking about both of you, just you.

 

     Alan was then shot in both his legs from behind. He dropped his gun and fell to the floor, one of the Hellfire men grabbed his was and walked back. Alan in great pain looked behind and saw Captain Trevor who released Salamander from his grip and aim his gun at him.

 

Alan:

Tr-Trevor, WHY!

 

Captain Trevor:

I'm Sorry, but this is all to clean up this city, I'm sorry for this Alan.

 

     Captain Trevor then shot Alan in the head killing him. Captain Trevor became infuriated dropped his gun, attack and pounded Salamander. After a few smacks the other Hellfire men went and stopped it.

 

Salamander:

Jesus, Bishop what the hell!

 

     Salamander said revealing Captain Trevor as Red Bishop.

 

Red Bishop:

Shut up, this is all your fault, if you had just been more careful, if you had just stapled that mouth of yours shut, then~.

 

Ifrit:

Enough, Bishop is right, all this lost, this suffering, is all your fault
 

Salamander:

Sir, listen. I know I messed up, but I will do anything to make it all up to you.

 

Ifrit:

An I know exactly what you can do.

 

Salamander:

Great, so just get these off me and I'll do it.

 

     Salamander said pointing out his cuffs, which neutralize his abilities.

 

Ifrit:

No, they stay on. Don't want you running off now. Take him.

 

     Ifrit said as the Hellfire men grabbed Salamander and dragged him off while he struggles.

 

Salamander:

Sir wait, Boss what do you mean, I'm SORRY, PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE. NO-no-NOOOOOOOO.

 

     Salamander screamed as he was taken away. Ifrit then looked at Red Bishop who was standing next to the lifeless Alan.

 

Ifrit:

I know you two go back, but it was necessary.

 

      He said to Red Bishop standing next to him.

 

Red Bishop:

I know. He was a necessary sacrifice.

 

Ifrit:

One of great many, but all for the cleansing of this city. Now are you prepared for what comes next.

 

Red Bishop:

I am.

 

     Ifrit then grabbed a gun and aim at Red Bishop and shot in his leg and both in the shoulders. Red Bishop fell to the floor and Ifrit stand next to him looking down.

 

Ifrit:

They lost of many officers will be heavy this day, but the great Captain Trevor who was wounded but survive through will and strength. A great man to be named the New Chief of police.

 

     Ifrit then made his way down to the garage were other of his men are waiting next to black cars.

 

Ifrit:

Are the police on there way?

 

Hellfire member 1:

Yes sir, and Blazing Samurai contacted, he ready to make his move.

 

Ifrit: 

Good, then we best be going. I must prepare for my meeting with White Shark.

 

     At night in a police station an officer is entering a office.

 

Officer #1:

Captain Connor!

 

Captain Connors:

What?

 

Officer #1:

You have to see this.

 

     The officer then went and turned on the TV in the office which showed Max.

Max:

Breaking News, in the transportation of known criminal and member of the Hellfire Gang Salamander... was attack. Salamander is on the run, many officers have been killed including Decorative Detective Officer Alan Coleman. Also candidate Captain Joseph Trevor was mortally wounded and is being treated immediately, Stacy at the scene.

 

     Then the screen turns to Stacy who is standing outside with a hospital behind her.

 

Stacy:

Max I'm here at New York Hospital Queens where Captain Trevor is in critical care after being gunned shot after the transportation of Salamander was attack. I have not been given any details of how his treatment is going as of yet, but I will inform you all once I have. Back to you Max.

 

     Back at the studio with Max.

 

Max:

Thank you Stacy. I believe I speak for everyone in New York is that our prayer are with Captain Trevor and the families of the men we have lost today.

 

     The screen then turns blank and back at Captain Connors office he looked to the officer.

 

Captain Connors:

We better get on top of this, no doubt there's going to be panic. We need to address the public, and organize a strike team, see if we can't recapture Salamander.

 

Officer #1:

Yes sir.

 

     As the officer was about to head out, they both started to hear noises, then gun shots, then scream. The officer took out his gun and Captain Connors grabbed a shot gun. They pointed their guns at the door where the screams continued, then stopped. The officer walked slowly to the door while Captain Connors covered his back. As the officer reach out his hand to the doorknob and just about to touch it, a sword came up from the floor near his feet and circled around him creating a hole which the officer fell in. Captain Connors heard him scream as he fell and more when he the sounds of a blade, he started letting down a few rounds in the hole. As he fired his shotgun, he walked closer and closer to the hole and after three more shots he stopped, he looked to examine the hole and at that moment, Blaze Samurai burst through the door sliced off both Captain Connors's arms and stabbed him in his right leg. Blaze Samurai removed his sword from Captain Connors's leg and he got down on one knee. Then two red ninja's came through the door and one came jumping from the hole. Blaze Samurai walked to get behind Captain Connors back.

 

Blaze Samurai:

Any final words?

 

Captain Connors:

Ple-please, don't kill me.

 

Blaze Samurai:

Such pathetic last words.

 

     Blaze Samurai said to Captain Connors as he was about to pierce Captain Connors with his sword, but just as he was about to move the window behind them burst as a Dark Mist came through. Blaze Samurai and his ninja's looked as they saw the Dark Mist coming through the window and taking form. Blaze Samurai quickly realized that the form it was taking was DarkShadow and acted swiftly by cutting of Captain Connors's head, then look and noticed DarkShadow coming right at him to attack. Blaze Samurai strike at the DarkShadow with his sword only to be blocked by the DarkShadow's chain, the DarkShadow then punched Blaze Samurai in the face, spinned kicked him in the chest, then punched him again, but was blocked by his sword. Blaze Samurai then striked at DarkShadow, but he dodged his strikes, Blaze Samurai's ninja's then stepped him and attacked DarkShadow with their swords. DarkShadow dodge their strikes and blocked their swords with his chain and countered against them. As DarkShadow continued fighting Blaze Samurai and his ninjas, two of them swung their swords at him, DarkShadow jumped leap towards the blades dodging them, then let loose his chain towards one of them wrapping around their legs and pulled causing the ninja to trip and fell to the floor hard, he then swung his chain to the other ninja and wrapped around both his hands, moved towards him, jump and spinned kicked him in the face, causing him to fall to the floor. Blaze Samurai and the third ninja charged at DarkShadow and striked at him with their swords, DarkShadow blocked their strikes with his chain and countered against them. As DarkShadow continued to fight against Blaze Samurai and the ninja, he wrapped his chain around Blaze Samurai's waist and pulled him crashing the wall.  DarkShadow then saw the ninja lunging his sword at him, he took his chain with both hands and wrapped around the sword and pulled from both ends, breaking it. He then grabbed the broken piece, grabbed the ninja by the neck, stabbed him three times in the chest, then went behind him and stabbed him twice from the back, then slit his throat, killing him. The remaining two ninjas charged at him, DarkShadow stretched at his chain towards one of them, wrapping around by the neck and pulled him down to the floor, and dodge the other ninja's strike by rolling to the ground and grabbed the shotgun on the floor and pointed at the ninja still on the floor and shot him in the face. DarkShadow then stood up and block a sword attacked from a ninja, then spin elbow hit the ninja in the stomach, then bent down and right kicked him in the leg breaking it, as the ninja began to fall, DarkShadow rose up and plunge the shotgun in the stomach and blew a hole in him, killing him. After finishing off the remaining ninja DarkShadow sensed Blaze Samurai, he pointed the shotgun at him and laid down a few shots, but Blaze samurai dodge the bullets and use his sword to cut the shotgun in half. DarkShadow the wrapped his chain around his arm and blocked Blaze Samurai's sword and countered. A fierce fight went down between DarkShadow and Blaze Samurai, DarkShadow tried to wrap Blaze Samurai with his chain again, but he cut it piece by piece as he moved closer to DarkShadow. Then Blaze Samurai's sword started to form this red aura around it as he spinned and swung his sword releasing a red energy slash at DarkShadow. He tried to block the energy but was pushed back to the wall, DarkShadow manage to recover quickly and saw Blaze Samurai coming at him with his sword ready to strike. DarkShadow dodge quickly, but Blaze Samurai attack many more times and landed a few cuts. DarkShadow started to become furious and a Dark energy started to form around his right arm and  it transformed into the Demon Arm Blade. Blaze Samurai was a bit surprise to see this. DarkShadow them leaped right at Blaze Samurai, striking with his blade, but Blaze Samurai block the strike and countered only to have his sword clash with DarkShadow's blade. The two began to be in a fierce sword fight as they're blades continued to clash against each other, and they continued blocking, dodging, and countering against each others strikes. As they're fight continued they're blades clashed once again and stayed together as they both hold their ground. They both started to pushed against the other and the red aura started to form around Blaze Samurai's sword again and then broke DarkShadow's blade. DarkShadow got down on his knees holding his arm as it reformed back to normal.

 

DarkShadow:

Im- impossible.

 

     He said, couldn't believe that his Demon Arm Blade broke, and due to this shock he did not notice Blaze Samurai coming at him and plunged his sword into DarkShadow chest.

 

Blaze Samurai:

Of course it's possible. Despite the strength your blood possess, it is nothing to the blood that the Crimson Blood Sword possess, it has the blood of thousands, humans and other demons alike. Including yours, the day I cut your arm off, the blood it is stained with, it absorbs and the more powerful it becomes, and it seems to like the power your blood has.

 

     As Blaze Samurai explained the nature of the Crimson Blood Sword, the deeper he plunged the blade into the DarkShadow's chest. DarkShadow knew he needed to act fast, so he concentrated dark energy into his left hand and blasted Blaze Samurai with it, causing him to be pushed back and still holding the blade, it came out of the DarkShadow's chest. As DarkShadow tried to stand, bit still injured, Blaze Samurai stood up and looked to the DarkShadow.

 

Blaze Samurai:

This war your raging against us, is pointless. Continue fighting as much as you can, it will never be over, there will always be another to fill in. You will never be able to stop fighting.

 

     DarkShadow still struggling manage to stand and look at Blaze Samurai.

 

DarkShadow:

I know. Once I end Ifrit and your gang I must seek out another to quench my blood lust. My war will go on forever and ever, and you know what... That's what I want.

 

     Blaze Samurai smirk, then he got into stance and his sword once again covered in red aura, spinned and unleashed a wave of energy around the room. the energy continued expanding to the outside of the building. As the building began to crumbled Blaze Samurai escape from the window. DarkShadow still injured tried to move and escape as the upper part of the building began to crumble down.

     Later on in aquarium, Ifrit along with four Hellfire Gang members were walking through a hallway looking at the tanks that were present. They then stop and saw six White Shark members in front of them.

Ifrit:

Well I'm here, early in fact. So where's the big fish.

 

Whit Shark Member #2:

Yo, it's White Shark and he'll be here when he gets here. So in the meanwhile... you, should learned to know when to show respect towards him, tomato face.

 

     Ifrit then grabbed the White Shark's members face with his hand.

 

Ifrit:

I've learned this on how to gain respect and the way to gain it, is that you must make an example to the few, in order for the many to respect you. Through fear!

 

     The White Shark member started to feel pain on his face, as Ifrit started to burn him. Both Ifrit's Hellfire members and the other White Shark members watch as the White Shark member that Ifrit was holding, struggle to break free, because of the pain. Soon steam started coming out from his face and he screamed louder, but Ifrit continued to hold him tighter.

 

Voice:

Enough!

 

     Ifrit and the rest looked and saw White Shark now present. Ifrit then released the White Shark member, the member fell to the floor still in great pain holding his face with his hands. White Shark started walking towards Ifrit, and squashed the White Shark member's head with his right foot, killing him. Then White Shark stopped and looked down at Ifrit, while he looked up at him.

 

White Shark:

So... We finally meet.

 

Ifrit:

I thought it was for the best to talk face to face. So we can end these retaliations.

 

     White Shark then began to walk around Ifrit.

 

White Shark:

We had a deal to assist each other in our... Businesses. But time and time your Gang has disappoint, the containers of the Girls, the transport of drugs, and my Cash houses attacked, my money being taken and your Gang are the reason.

 

Ifrit:

I feel that your being unreasonable, blaming us. We did manage to save half of your drugs and as for the rest... well that is the blame of the DarkShadow.

 

White Shark:

Who is gunning after you and your gang and mine is getting drag into it. Thanks to you, bringing him upon us, I am losing a lot money, as well as a great hold over this city. All because of this DarkShadow's vendetta against you.

 

Ifrit:

Which is why I am here to speak to you about. My efforts to kill him have proven useless. It seems it is not easy to burn him, perhaps he needs to be drowned.

 

     White Shark stared at Ifrit knowing if the idea that he had.

 

White Shark:

You want me to deal with him.

 

     Ifrit smiled.

 

Ifrit:

With your abilities and strength. It should be more than what DarkShadow has ever faced.

 

White Shark:

And how would I draw him to me.

 

Ifrit:

Ah, I already have the perfect bait, as well as a good offering from me, to you.

 

Ifrit then snapped his finger and two more members of his came, dragging a man struggle and head covered with a cloth. The two members then stopped in front of Ifrit and White Shark and removed the cloth from the man's head revealing him to be Salamander.

 

 

Ifrit:

Once the DarkShadow learns of his escape and learns that you have him, he'll be coming and then he'll be all your.

 

White Shark:

So you want me to keep this gecko as a lure. Have live bait.

 

Ifrit:

Oh no, I didn't bring him so he can be live bait, whether alive or not as long as the DarkShadow hears he's with you, he will come.

 

White Shark:

Then what exactly did you bring him to me for.

 

Ifrit:

Consider him to be a... late night snack for you, before the main course.

 

     Ifrit said with a smile, as did White Shark when he heard what he said. Salamander eyes widened and started to breathe heavily and started to panic. He then looked up and saw White Shark who looked down at him with a teeth showing smile. Salamander then was terrified of what was about to happen to him, turned and saw Ifrit walking away with his men.

 

Salamander:

Wa-wait, BOOOSS, PLEASE I'LL DO BETTER. I WON'T F*CK UP NEXT. PLE-PLEASE, PLEASE, GIVE ME ANOTHER CHA~.

 

      Salamander was screaming as he tried to move towards Ifrit, was then grabbed by White Shark. Ifrit continue walking as he heard Salamander screams and pleads.

 

Salamander's Death:

Wa-wait-wait, I can "Crunch"... AAAAAAAAH. Please don't "Crunch"... OH GOD PLEASE, HEEEELP "Crunch"... Ple-please, I-I-I... I beg y~ Aaaaaah "Crunch".

 

    Ifrit was then outside of the aquarium, as he was walking towards his car, one of his men walked up to him.

 

Hellfire Member #2:

Sir, It's Blaze Samurai.

 

     He said as he passed a cellphone to Ifrit. Ifrit then hold it up to his ear to speak with Blaze Samurai.

 

Ifrit:

Well... is it done. "Phone"... Good. "Phone"... So he showed up. "Phone"... How unfortunate, I'm sorry for your men. "Phone"... Can you confirm that he stayed buried. "Phone"... I see, Alright. "Phone"... He's survived worst, we both put him in worst in fact. "Phone"... No, don't worry, if he did survive... He'll soon be a Sharks snack and then we will soon begin the cleansing with fire.

 

     Later that night at the Abandoned theatre, DarkShadow, surviving the building collapse, was walking on the stage. Still a little injured but healing and his suit and armor were being restored with the help of his Dark powers. He then turned on the news showing Max.

 

Max:

Still no reports on the whereabouts of escape criminal and Hellfire member Salamander. Police are expanding there search, as we speak. Meanwhile news at New York Hospital Queens on the condition of Captain Trevor is~.

 

     DarkShadow turn off the T.V. and turned away.

 

DarkShadow:

RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

 

     DarkShadow yelled out angered over what he just heard, turned and through the remote at the T.V. crashing into it. He starred at the damage and gripped his fists tightly.
