The DarkShadow Vol. 2, #1

     At night, raining in New City. In a building, five young men are entering an apartment. Four of them were smiling and laughing except for one, who looked depressed. Four of them then sat down around the living room.

Man #1:

Alright, job well done guys.

 

Man #2:

I gonna make some noodles, guys want some.

 

All:

YEAH!

 

     He then left to the kitchen, while the other sat and turned on the TV.

 

Man #3:

Man! I can't believe we pulled it off!

 

Man #1:

Of course. I told you guys it was going to be easy.

 

     As they laughed, the one that was depressed just stared at the floor, and one of the men went right next to him and wrapped his arm around him.

 

Man #1:

Hey, don't look so down. Look I get it you two were friends, who've known each other for years you got history, but you have to understand we need money and she was just perfect and hot... You still got the camera.

 

     He said pointing at one of the other men and he showed him the camera in his hand.

 

Man #4:

Yeah! Got some great shot's, if you know what I mean.

 

    They all laughed again, except for one.

 

Man #1:

With that footage we'll be making a good deal of money. Besides... you had your fun with her as well right.

 

     They all continued laughing except for him, who continued staring at the floor, filled with guilt.

 

     In the kitchen, the man was boiling water in a pot, he then opened a cabinet and took out a bag of noodles. As he tried to open the bag, he was grabbed by the back of his head by someone and slammed on the oven and fell to the floor. As he attempted to get up, The unknown man grabbed the pot and splash the hot water onto the man burning his skin and he screamed.

 

     back in the living room the other heard the scream and stood up and saw the man in the kitchen coming out, his skinned burning red, as well as much of his upper body and hands. The others freaked out, as he attempted to get closer to them.

 

Man #2: 

P-p-p-please, he-help...me!

 

     He said as he moved closer to the others. The one of them panicked, took out a gun and shot him in the head, killing him. The other freaked out of what happen, then the light burnt out and the room was pitched dark and lighting started flashing towards the window.

 

Man #3:

Oh God! It's "HIM"! He's going to kill us.

 

Man #1:

Shut up!

 

Man #3:

See, I told you this was a mistake, we shouldn't have done it.

 

Man #1:

I said, SHUT UP!

 

Man #3:

Look, it was all his idea I swear. I didn't ~

 

     before he could finish, he was stabbed in the back that went straight to his chest, by a double edge red blade. The others saw, as the blade started coming up towards his head, slicing his upper body in half. One them started firing in that direction then stopped, hitting nothing.

 

Man #4:

OH SH*T, OH SH*T! I don't want to die please!

 

      He said panicking for his life. He then heard a sound, turned his head and saw the red blade coming at him and cutting his head off and his body fell to the floor. The other two looked and one of the fired his gun again, but still hit nothing. He then spinned around pointing his gun at all area's and the ceiling, then looked towards the final man. He just stared at him as he panicked more and more. Then a chain came from behind the other man, but missed him and came towards the one with the gun and wrapped around his neck, then dragged him, knocking the other to the floor and entering a dark room. the other man looked and heard screams.

 

Man #1:

AAAH! WAIT, PLEASE, I'M SORR~, AAAAAH... OH GOD, PLEASE, DON'T, I'M SOR~, AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!.

 

     There was then silent, the remaining man continued staring into the dark room. Then the camera was thrown from the room and landed right next to him, showing video of him and the others attacking and assaulting a girl, who beg them to "STOP!" and yelled for "HELP!" and also screaming a name "CLARK HELP". He then looked away, shedding tears of what he had done. He then looked up and saw a figure standing before him, wielding a gun. He first unloaded the gun and took out the remaining bullets but kept one in and reloaded it. He then placed the gun right beside the man and walked away, leaving the room. The man just starred blankly at nothing, then turned towards the gun and picked it up, and aimed it right at the side of his head.

 

     Clark:

I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!

 

    He said as tears came pouring through his eyes and then squeeze the trigger.

 

    Outside from the apartment window there was a flash and a gun sound. Up on the building roof, the DarkShadow is kneeling at the edge, saw the flash from the window. Then The DarkShadow stand up and looked to the sky as rain continued to fall.

 

DarkShadow's Monologue:

My name is the DarkShadow, I dwell in the City of New York. I am proclaim as it's Dark Demon. I was not born, I was created, created to kill for an Organization called DEMON. They assigned me a target and I executed them, no matter who it was. But killing meant more than just following there orders. In my creation, something else was created, a Monster, the true Demon. It hungers to kill, to spill blood. I cannot control it, I can only keep it within me, to keep it from coming out. But to do that I have to kill, to satisfy it's hunger and I have done just that. I targeted a Street Crime Gang known as the Hellfire Gang, killed two of there commanders, Salamander and Blaze Samurai. And I have distinguished there Leader, Ifrit. The Demon's hunger became satisfied, but soon it will crave blood again, so I must seek my next target. I am the DarkShadow and I am the Dark Demon of New York.

     Next day in the morning, at the TV News Studio. Matt is sitting behind the desk and starring into the camera.

 

Matt:

Good morning New York. I'm Matt Howard. It's been 7 weeks now, since Ifrit and his Hellfire Gang's attack on New York. Reconstruction on the city is still underway, Stacy Morgan at the scene. Stacy.

 

     A screen then pops up and shows Stacy at the streets behind her are construction crews working on a road.

 

Stacy:

I am here where construction in rebuilding our city is still going. As you can see the hellfire's Gang attack left quite an impact. Construction workers are doing there best in repairing the damages. Local communities in the areas have gather to try and help. Back to you Matt.

      The Screen then turns off and the camera focuses again on Matt.

Matt:

Thanks Stacy. Are City is looking at some hard times. The Mayor is in continuous discussion in working a solution, but after the betrayal and arrest of former Police Chief Trevor, crime has been running rampant, and with the Police force still unorganized and working to restructure itself, and remnants of the Hellfire Gang are still looming, some have formed there own gangs and others continue to cause mayhem as the Hellfire Gang. We received a video from a remnant Hellfire Gang, Warning this might not be appropriate for younger viewers

 

     The a screen then turns to the video showing a man with red line face paint on him, that resemble Ifrit's Scar lines on his face. The man then smiled.

 

Man #5:

Heh, heh, Greetings! I am Hell Bringer. I wish to address the citizens of great important. It has taken us time, but we have successfully gather enough of our forces and what we seek is not the ideal that the Hellfire gang worked to achieve, but we seek Revenge! Revenge for our great leader Ifrit, who only wanted to make this city great, strong, but those who could not see his vision, got in his way... particularly the DarkShadow, who killed him in cold blood. Now we will march on this city and seek out the DarkShadow and brutalize him, torture him, then we will massacre him, make him feel pain unlike any other, we will burn his flesh. And sadly to find I'm were going to tear down this city brick by brick and kill anyone in our path. Citizens of New York, I wish you luck.

 

     The screen then turned black and went back to Matt.

 

Matt:

Well... New York is once again in danger. With the police minimum in able to stop this threat. This just goes to what I've been saying, the DarkShadow is a danger to this City and he will bring our destruction. He's no savior.

 

     Later on that night, at an old abandon warehouse, dozens of men have gathered, with the Hellfire symbol painted on a wall where a stage is, revealing that they are the remnant Hellfire Gang. Then they all looked towards the stage as they saw Hell Bringer walking on it wearing the exo-suit that the Task Force Hellfire members were wearing when confronting DarkShadow, but with tubes attached to both arms and a tank of nitrogen attach to the back . Hell Bringer the stops and stands in front of a mic.

 

Hell Bringer:

Hello my friends. It has taken us a lot to get here. Once our name was feared throughout this city, and we had a leader, who at first kept himself hidden for a time, but then finally showed himself and with a promise to make this city strong and to make all those loyal to him invincible!

 

     Everyone soon began to cheer in Hell Bringer's words.

 

Hell Bringer:

But there were those who questioned his ideal, his goal and sought to stop him.

 

     Then the crowd began to "BOO". 

 

Hell Bringer:

The main disbeliever was the DarkShadow, who hunted down our great leader and killed him and tore apart our gang and stopped the Cleansing of this City! But now WE Ifrit's loyal soldiers we'll have revenge. We will find the DarkShadow, we'll tare this city apart, and kill anyone in our path and once we fins him, we will make him feel pain unlike any other, we will hang him and watch his blood drip, then we will set him ablaze, making him feel the FIRE OF THE HELLFIRE GANG!

 

     The crowd cheered louder in hearing Hell Bringer's words, raising guns, metal bats, knifes, chains and hooks ready to begin. Then up from the ceiling someone broke through glass window and fell to the floor in the middle of the room and surrounded by Hellfire members. Hell Bringer and the Hellfire members looked at him and saw that it was DarkShadow, who then stood up and looked towards Hell Bringer. As the Hellfire members were shock to see DarkShadow, Hell Bringer smiled at his presence.

 

Hell Bringer:

Well, well, well... DarkShadow! Thank you for coming to visit us, saves us the trouble in tearing this city apart in finding you. KILL HIM!

     Hell Bringer ordering his men to attack and kill DarkShadow. DarkShadow continued to stand in place, as one of the men came up behind him, wielding a bat and swung at him, but DarkShadow dodged his swing and took out The Crimson Blood Sword and wielded it with his right hand and first cut off both his arms, then cut off his head. The others were shock, as they saw DarkShadow standing next to the lifeless body. DarkShadow then looked at some of them and they panic and started shooting at him, but DarkShadow dodge the bullets by jumping high in the air, making the bullets hit other men that were behind him. The  men looked up and saw DarkShadow in air and falling towards them, As DarkShadow was about to land he cut down another man and then charge at the rest and cut them down as well with The Crimson Blood Sword. DarkShadow moved swiftly around the room, cutting down all then men in his path, some charge and striked at the DarkShadow, but he dodged and blocked there weapons, then cut then down, others shot at DarkShadow with their guns, but he manage to dodge most of them, then charge at them. They continued to fire, but he blocked the bullets with his sword, shocking them and the one that manage to land a hit, didn't have much effect, as dark energy started to form around the wounds, removing the bullets and healing him. As they men began to panic as DarkShadow grew closer, he grabbed his chain that was wrapped around his right arm, and wielded it, in his left hand and swung it towards one, wrapping around his waist then pulled the man towards him and cut him in half. He then goes and cuts down the other's and also grabbing some with his chain and smashing then to the floor and walls and continues his onslaught towards the others.

    DarkShadow charges at the 6 remaining men left and kills 5 of them with The Crimson Blood Sword. The last man, was terrifying sing DarkShadow's weapons and himself covered in blood, panics and drops his weapon and runs for his life, only to be killed by Hell Bringer wielding a chainsaw. 

 

Hell Bringer:

I couldn't believe it, when I learned that Ifrit was killed by you. But now, after seeing you kill, slaughter my men. I can see that it is true. THIS WILL MAKE ALL THE MORE SWEETER, WHEN "I" KILL YOU AND BRIND DOWN HELL ON NEW YORK!

 

     DarkShadow first wrapped his chain around his right arm, then raise and pointed The Crimson Blood Sword, towards Hell Bringer.

 

DarkShadow:

Just like Ifrit, You Will Burn!

 

     The two then charged at each other, as hell Bringer started his chainsaw chain to spin. As the two grew closer they raised there blades and clashed, causing sparks. DarkShadow then slide his sword away and striked again and Hell Bringer countered. The two continued to clash there blades multiple time cause sparks on each impact. As the two again clashed their weapons and they both stand there ground. As sparks ignited from the chainsaw clashing with The Crimson Blood Sword, DarkShadow and Hell Bringer continued to stand there ground while pushing there weapons against the other. Sparks continue to ignite, then DarkShadow summoned red energy that started to form around the blade of The Crimson Blood Sword and it sliced the chain and the blade of Hell Bringer's chainsaw and attempted to strike at Hell Bringer's head, but he manage to dodge then raising both his arms towards DarkShadow and pushed buttons on both his hands and fire started to combust through the tubes attach to his exo suit towards DarkShadow and consumed him with flames.

 

     Hell Bringer smiled as he continue to unleash fire on the DarkShadow. But then DarkShadow emerged from the flames with his sword back in its scabbard, and punched Hell Bringer in the face, knocking him back. As Hell Bringer started to stand up, he saw DarkShadow coming at him and pointed his right at him to unleashed fire, but as the flames were about to come out, DarkShadow grabbed his arm and pointed it up diverting the flames. Hell Bringer then took his left arm and try to punch him, but he grabbed his fist, then knee kicked Hell Bringer in the jaw, cracking his teeth. DarkShadow then relentlessly punched and kicked Hell Bringer, but then Hell Bringer unleashed fire on the floor creating a fire wall, distracting DarkShadow, and then unleashing fire on him again. As Hell Bringer continued  to unleashed fire on the DarkShadow, but he then notices, dark smoke above him, that forms into the DarkShadow. As DarkShadow falls towards Hell Bringer, he grabs The Crimson Blood Swords and sliced off his right arm. As he attempted to set DarkShadow on fire  with his remaining arm, DarkShadow leaps over above Hell Bringer he cuts one of the tubes connected to the nitro tank and lands on the floor as the leak nitrogen reacted to the fire near Hell Bringer and exploded. Hell bringer survived but with severe burns around his body as he lay on the floor facing the ceiling, he then saw the DarkShadow standing above him. DarkShadow then place his sword near Hell Bringer's neck.

 

Hell Bringer

W-w-what... ar-are..y-y-yo-you?

 

DarkShadow:

The Dark Demon!

 

     DarkShadow said as he took his sword and cut off Hell Bringer's head. 

 

     Hours later police came through the doors of the warehouse and Michael came and entered. They all looked in shock and horror of the corpses of the remnant Hellfire members as well as the corpse of Hell Bringer. Michael then turned towards away and looked at the roofs of the nearby buildings.

 

Michael: 

DarkShadow!

 

      Over at on one of the building roofs, DarkShadow is standing on the edge, observing as more police arrived at the scene. He then started to feel pain coming from his right arm. He hold his right arm as dark energy started to form around it, as well as forming in his right eye.

 

DarkShadow:

It's not enough. He wasn't a worthy kill. I need a better target!

 

     He said as he turned into dark smoke and disappeared.

 

The next morning at the News Station studio, Matt was sitting behind the desk staring into a camera.

 

Matt:

Good morning New York, I'm Max Howard. The Remnant Hellfire gang, has been neutralize... but even though our city is safe, for how long. The one who dealt with was not the police, but the DarkShadow. How long will we allow him to roam around New York, taken the law into his own hands. He leads nothing but a destruction and victims. They maybe criminals but, they should be dealt with by the police. Not to mention, it was the DarkShadow taking on The Hellfire gang that lead to the chaos of our city. What destruction we The Dark Demon bring next to New York.

 

     Meanwhile, multiple explosions started throughout New York causing much damage and injuring many bystanders.

 

     And in a dark room, a man is sitting on a stone chair.

 

Man #6:

Let The War Begin!
